Jennie's Rings

It was about 20 years ago the last time I'd seen Scott. He was roommates with two of my best buds while in University. During that time and after graduation he'd purchased some pieces from me and said
"Stein, one day you'll be making my wedding bands". Well it's about time! Jennie and Scott have been together for almost two decades and have decided to celebrate with a small backyard wedding. Scott had his Mother's engagement ring with a round diamond but Jennie really wanted to use their birthstone in her engagement band. She didn't want a traditional band and is drawn to more modern styles. I was able to create an engagement ring that suits her taste and incorporate Scott's family diamond as well. The notch in the band is the perfect space for the diamond to sit. I also made Scott's wedding band and used the yellow gold from his Mom's ring in the casting. Now each of them have a piece of history and a link to family on their hands. Congratulations to the 'new' couple!
