I have never seen this color of chalcedony until this year. My favorite gem dealer from Tucson had this rare rough stone from Zimbabwe and I was lucky enough to grab some. This gem literally glows from the inside. I’ve set the point in a sterling silver bezel and topped it with a modern detail and bail. This piece feels like a talisman of sorts and would look great on a leather cord as well.
